SOFIA, KOMPAS.com - A pregnant woman gave birth to twins in two small towns in Bulgaria on Monday (26/10) morning, according to Focus News Agency reports. It was the fourth pregnancy for women who are 31-year-old who had never consulted a doctor during her pregnancy.
Women are taken to a local hospital in Nozi Pazar, a small town located 390 kilometers east of the capital city of Bulgaria, Sofia. There, some doctors know that the woman was pregnant twins.
She gave birth to one baby at 04.40 o'clock local time (09.40 GMT) at the hospital. The baby boy, with a length of 34 centimeters and weighs 1 kilogram.
Because the second baby has not been born, she was transferred to a hospital in the larger cities, Shumen, which is 23 kilometers from Novi Pazar.
In Shumen hospital at 07.10 local time (12:10 GMT), the second baby was born. Baby girl, with a length of 37 centimeters and weighs 1 kilogram. "We've never experienced this kind of case," said Veska Raycheva, senior midwife at the hospital Shumen.
